I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. Those particular settings are also for hardware monitoring - if you don't have a Decklink or Ultrastudio, most of those "Video Monitoring" settings do ...You don't need to re-import the files in order to relink them. You either changed the location resolve is looking at in the project settings, or deleted the cache files. So resolve shows you a media offline warning, while the original footage is of course ....
